Shuanglongshou coins made in Guangdong Province are commemorative silver coins for birthday celebrations. Although they were born in celebration, the historical background of their birth is very sad and angry: Empress Dowager Cixi used extraordinary means to control the Qing Dynasty, grasped the real power, listened to the government and ushered in the sixtieth birthday. As the saying goes, "Sixty ears are smooth and seventy ears are rare". For Empress Dowager Cixi later said that the sixtieth birthday was indeed an important day. She decided to hold a magnificent 60th birthday for herself, and set aside no less than 10 million yuan to prepare for it. Cixi was busy preparing for her birthday, which coincided with the Sino-Japanese Sino-Japanese Sino-Japanese War of 1894. It is said that when the Japanese army moved south to capture Dalian, Cixi, in spite of the ministers'advice, scolded: "As long as there are three days to go without Beijing, then my birthday feast will be the scenery." This shows Cixi's cherishing of her 60th birthday and the extent of extreme corruption and erosion. Those ministers who sneaked on horses took the opportunity to please Empress Dowager Cixi and coined silver coins to commemorate her birthday. That is to say, the coins of "Shuanglong Shou" in Guangdong Province were made to celebrate Empress Dowager Cixi's birthday as a gift.

According to the Shu'an Secret Record written by Wang Shusheng in the late Qing Dynasty, the coin of "Shu'an Secret Record" was coined by Gangyi, governor of Guangdong Province in the twentieth year of Guangxu (1894) to celebrate the sixtieth birthday of Empress Dowager Cixi. According to the book excerpts: Manchu is a man of good nature and wealth, the reason for which is a gift to the palace. The wrapper is strict with the friendship between master and servant, and his family is poor. Although the wrapper is ruled by officials and assisted by assistants, the owner comes to his family and respects his parents. If he wants to take it with him, he can never compete. Therefore, the Manchu people are greedy and disdainful. Gangyi was translated by Qingwen and inspected by the official minister. Not knowing Chinese, good trivial, self-proclaimed energy. The governor of Guangdong Province wished Cixi a sixty-day birthday in the afternoon of the 1st lunar month. At that time, silver was commonly used in the Mainland, and silver coins were made exclusively in Guangdong. Just said that the general office said, "Make 30,000 silver coins for me and bring them into the capital." One said, "No." Made of stolen goods, just silent. Zhidu, because of its dedication to Cixi and its perseverance, knows that the longevity reward is numerous. Special coins are coined to show respect. Cixi was so happy that the new colors of the honorary coins were so delightful that they were accepted. Just found the military aircraft, a certain way also dare not claim. The first batch of sample coins sent to Beijing were coined for the celebration of Cixi's 60th birthday, because one of the characters was unlucky to remove the characters and change them into seven-coin-two, or Cixi's 70th birthday was coined into seven-coin-two. Because there is no record in the catalogue, it can only be inferred for academic research according to wild history.

The collection is "Guangxu Yuan Treasury Ping Qian Bian" Shuanglongshou coin. The front side is bounded by the bead circle. It can be divided into two parts: outside the bead circle, the upper end is "made in Guangdong Province", and below it is "Kuping Qian Bian" six words, each side casting a bat pattern; within the bead circle, there are four words "Guangxu Yuan Bao" in Manchu and Chinese. The back side is also bounded by the bead circle: outside the bead circle, there is a double dragon pattern; inside the bead circle, there is a circular word "Shou". This silver coin has a remarkable feature, that is, there is a bat pattern on both sides of the coin. At that time, its image was cast on silver coins, which implied auspicious meanings. Because the word "bat" and the word "happiness" pronunciation is the same, and the bat pattern is cast on the coin, the word "bat" and "happiness" homonym.

From ancient times to the present, people have the traditional custom of saving money, and since 2008, the collection of coins has become more popular in various trade fairs. It is understood that in the collection system of paper money, gold and silver commemoration and ancient coins, ancient coins are highly praised for their ornamental and historical value, and the silver dollar in ancient coins is a hot spot, because the silver dollar itself is precious in material and high in artistic value. At the same time, the production of silver coins is much less than that of ancient coins and national paper money. With the late Qing Dynasty and the continuous wars in the Republic of China and other factors, some of the more precious silver coins are rare in the world, so they are even more precious.

Guangxuyuan Treasury, made in Guangdong Province, is worth seven cents and two cents. In the coin collection circle, it is cherished because of its scarce stock. Moreover, it is loved by people because of its exquisite production. Among the modern silver coins in China, it has long enjoyed a high reputation and has also been listed in the top ten treasures of modern Chinese machine-made coins. Although the coin is small, it can also give a glimpse of social culture. Its pulp into the bone, ripe and natural, deep typing mouth clear, circulation traces obvious, edge teeth clearance, dragon scale clear, has a very high investment value and collection value. It is a revolutionary cultural relic with high value and profound historical Memorial significance. It is also a rare object in Archaeology and research of Chinese history and culture. It has great collection value.
