翎羽在顶珠之下有一枝两寸长短的翎管，多用玉、翠、珐琅或花瓷制成，用以安插翎羽。

Ling feather has a two-inch long and short Ling tube under the top bead. It is made of jade, emerald, enamel or flower porcelain for inserting Ling feather.

翎管是清代专属的官用玉器具，是清王朝官帽、饰用之物，翎管为管状圆柱体，一端有孔，供插翎毛用；另一端的扁平锲子上有小眼，供拴系固定之用。翎管一般用和田玉或者翡翠制作，有的上面还刻有吉祥如意的花纹。玉翎管置于清朝官帽顶珠下，以安插翎枝。清翎枝花翎为孔雀尾羽所做。花翎在清朝是一种辨等威、昭品秩的标志，非一般官员所能戴用。花翎又分一眼、二眼、三眼，三眼最尊贵，所谓“眼”指的是孔雀翎上眼状的圆，一个圆就算一眼。

Lingguan is the exclusive official jadeware of the Qing Dynasty. It is the official hat and ornament of the Qing Dynasty. Lingguan is a tubular cylinder with holes at one end for inserting Lingguan feathers, and a small eye on a flat tinsel at the other end for fastening and fixing. In the Qing Dynasty, Hualing was a symbol of distinguishing the rank of Zhaopin and other prestige, which could not be worn by ordinary officials. Flower Ling is divided into one eye, two eyes and three eyes. Three eyes are the most noble. The so-called "eye" refers to the circle of peacock Ling's upper eye, a circle is one eye.

清初，只有皇帝嫡亲才能得到戴三眼花翎的赏赐，皇室宗亲有资格戴双眼花翎，内府大臣以上方能戴单眼花翎。到了清乾隆时期，戴花翎的规定开始放宽。为皇室作出重大贡献的大臣也能够被赐戴花翎，有的甚至能戴三眼花翎。花翎成了地位和荣耀的标志。这就是清代官员的顶戴花翎。现存世极少，有极高的收藏价值和投资空间！
