洪善祥：男，1966年生于江苏南通。国家一级美术师，中国国画家协会理事，中国佛教艺术书画院院士。“两弾一星”历史研究会艺术顾问，江苏省书协会员，非遗传承人。自幼爱好书画、篆刻、捉刀磨石，乐此不彼，书法以晋唐入手，后研习石门颂，乙瑛，张迁碑等。行书则笔无定迹，力求跌宕恣肆，意味隽永。篆刻初学黄牧甫，取清刚简动之结体，旋师秦朱汉白，运吴派钝刀。收雄浑朴茂之效。国画初以小写意为主，后结合篆刻，书法的特点，画风渐变，以吴昌硕，齐白石等大师为目标，力求书、法、印相融合，为形成拙朴，雄浑的艺术风格而努力。作品多次参加全国展览并多次获奖。
