光绪三十二年(l906)，四川省依照户部所颁铜元祖模，改铸“川”字大清铜币，按干支纪年可分丙午、己酉两种，币值有二十文、十文、五文、二文四等。中心“川”字版的大清铜币皆很少见，然而历经百年，依旧有所存世，真可谓钱币收藏界的幸事。

此枚大清铜币川字版，钱币正面珠圈内书汉文“大清铜币”四字，分布上、下、右、左， 中心铸“川”字，珠圈外上端左右两侧分镌干支纪年“丙午”二字，珠圈外两侧中间镌省份“户部”二字，下环书“当制钱十文”，背面珠圈内铸蟠龙图案，珠圈外上环“光绪年造”，下环英文。
