谈及景泰蓝，相信大家都不陌生，景泰蓝，中国的著名特种金属工艺品之一，到明代景泰年间这种工艺技术制作达到了最巅峰，制作出的工艺品最为精美而著名，故后人称这种金属器为“景泰蓝”。景泰蓝正名“铜胎掐丝珐琅”，俗名“珐蓝”，又称“嵌珐琅”，是一种在铜质的胎型上，用柔软的扁铜丝，掐成各种花纹焊上，然后把珐琅质的色釉填充在花纹内烧制而成的器物 。因其在明朝景泰年间盛行，制作技艺比较成熟，使用的珐琅釉多以蓝色为主，故而得名“景泰蓝”。

景泰蓝作为燕京八绝技艺之一，最能代表中国传统文化，甚至清代由于社会的安定与经济的繁荣，皇宫养心殿专门设立景泰蓝御用工厂，称为“造办处"。设“作”来制造各种景泰蓝御用器物。

此龙腾盛世转运尊高38.4cm口径：14.2cm底径：15.3cm，为戴嘉林、丁明鸿、郭鸣、冯延明、冯超作品，景泰蓝转瓶。整个转瓶分为三层，瓶身为九条神采各异的腾龙代表华夏九州，寓意繁荣昌盛。瓶腹上为三头雄狮，代表着陆海空三军保卫祖国。瓶耳錾刻双凤，象征高贵、吉祥。与瓶腹的九龙呼应，寓意龙凤呈祥。瓶颈、瓶底分别配以缠枝牡丹纹、海水纹等纹样,寓意国运昌盛，连绵不绝。具有极高的收藏价值及经济价值！

This cloisonne rotating bottle is made by Dai Jialin, Ding Minghong, Guo Ming, Feng Yanming and Feng Chao, with a diameter of 38.4cm and a base diameter of 14.2cm. 转瓶的制作难度很大， 要把瓶颈、瓶身、瓶底必须在同一个同心圆上，三者同心垂直线误差不能超过0.01毫米，这项尖端的工艺，只有在当代盛世才能够做到，只有中国科技，文化同时达到一定高度，转瓶才能真正的实现。这在明清两代造办处的工匠来说是不可能做到的。想都不最想的超高工艺当今盛世得以实现!三层0.01豪米误美范围内同心转动工艺。制作转瓶的代价十分大，可谓“百里挑一”。
