赵之琛，乾隆四十六年生，咸丰二年卒(公元1781-1852),字次闲，号献父、亦作献甫，又号静观、宝月山人、宝月居士、南屏隐君、穆生、披香弟子等。浙江钱塘(杭州)人，为西泠八家之一。一生未入仕途，布衣而终。
