据调查数据显示，目前我国有超过6700人在孜孜不倦地追求龙纹光绪元宝。一名资深的货币收藏家告诉笔者，我国有67.3%的富豪都喜爱收藏龙纹光绪元宝，因为其保值能力极高，能够为投资者创作巨大的财富，而且也是身份地位和品味的象征。文中此枚云南省造光绪元宝库平三钱六分，正面以珠圈为界，可分为内外两个部分：珠圈上方为“云南省造”四字，下方为“库平三钱六分”六字，珠圈以内，铸有“光绪元宝”四字。背面的神龙图腾，纹路如刀刻所成，铸造工艺神乎其技，且龙身纹路精美，并有云海衬托，看上去仿佛是一幅神龙翱翔天际油画，极其瑰丽，美得动人心魄!神龙图腾纹饰色泽艳丽明快，自然纯正，光洁细润。外此枚钱币背面看上去就仿佛是一幅画卷，美到极致。钱币的版面设计优雅，而且存世量极为稀少，是收藏界精品。
