刘振海广东省阳江市人，现居深圳．职业画家。现为深圳市美术家协会会员，阳江市美术家协会油画艺委会委员，阳江市当代水彩．油画院画家，阳江市文化发展促进会理事。

Liu Zhenhai was born in Yangjiang city, Guangdong Province, and now lives in Shenzhen. Professional painter. 方寸之间，卷起滔天巨浪；心潮澎湃，顿生万丈豪情。刘振海的大海作品，水墨酣畅淋漓，气贯长虹。大海是他战斗和生活过的地方，大海寄托了他人生的梦想和追求，他之所以能画出海的壮丽、海的魂魄、海的情怀就不足为奇了。

晨起海上日出，黄昏云霞相映，滔天的波涛；飞翔的海鸥，沉重的礁石，穿梭的战舰，忙碌的渔船……大海中的一切一切无不拨动着刘振海的艺术奇思与顿悟。在一次大海的凶险过后，太阳傲然从无尽的大海里升起，瞬间，整个东方的天空，全部辐射出万道明亮的光柱，光芒四射，而那时的大海，仿佛燃烧起来，闪烁着一片浩瀚无际的红光。更加奇妙的是红光中有一条分外红亮的大道，从海边直通天际的骄阳。一直在寻找艺术真谛的刘振海兴奋不已，直觉告诉他那条大路就是他通往艺术之巅的通道。数年积累，一次顿悟，终而领略了画海的真谛。

将海入画，这是一道千古难题，大海难画，这几乎是没有多少画家敢去问津的题材，大海天马行空，瞬息万变，令人难以捉摸，单靠国画的技法，无法表现海浪的立体效果，无法细致地表现浪涛滚滚的景象，单靠中国传统绘画技法表现大海，是有一定局限性的。对书法和国画进行了系统的学习，再用了数年的时间，对油画技法进行了深入的学习，最后又用了数年的时间，将中国画和油画的技法融合，并吸取了水彩、版画、壁画、农民画、装饰画等多种绘画技法，独创了一套描绘大海的笔墨技法，形成了细腻、写实、凝练、大气的风格，将大海震撼人心的效果表现得淋漓尽致。
