【藏品简介】：磁州窑是宋代北方著名的民窑，是宋代八大窑系之一。（宋代八大窑系包括定窑系、磁州窑系、耀州窑系、钧窑系、龙泉窑系、景德镇窑系、建窑系和越窑系。）磁州窑的窑址在现在河北省邯郸市磁县，磁县在宋代属于磁州，磁州窑因此而得名。1918年，当地人在打井的时候意外发现了埋于地下的宋代古城巨鹿，巨鹿古城在1108年被洪水吞没，从此埋于地下长达810年。人们从古城遗址中挖掘出大量宋代古瓷。这些瓷器以白地黑花瓷为主，它们的原产窑场后来被称为“磁州窑”。

Cixian belonged to Cizhou in Song Dynasty, so Cizhou kiln got its name. In 1918, when local people were digging a well, they found Julu, an ancient city of Song Dynasty, buried underground. Julu was engulfed by floods in 1108, and was buried underground for 810 years. A large number of ancient porcelain of the Song Dynasty have been excavated from the ruins of the ancient city. These porcelains are mainly white and black porcelain, and their original kilns were later called "Cizhou kilns".
