【藏品简介】：宝同局是清代二十地方铸局之一（有泉友可能会提及巩和西，此处暂时不提，后续再专门介绍），位于山西大同，提到大同，历史悠久，主要是其战略地位显著，从春秋战国开始属于雁门郡辖地到到清代大同府管辖，大同军事重镇地位历代未变。北方游牧民族对中原王朝之地觊觎已久，各种军事进攻大多从河套地区往南推进，于是乎到明代，大同不仅成为九边重镇之一，到洪武五年山西行都指挥使司也设在大同，永乐七年设镇守总兵官，为镇之最高指挥官，由此可见直到明末，大同的军事重镇地位举足轻重。

[introduction to collection]: Baotong bureau is one of the 20 local casting bureaus in Qing Dynasty (some Quanyou may mention gonghexi, not here for the time being, but later specially introduced). It is located in Datong, Shanxi Province. It has a long history, mainly because of its significant strategic position. From the spring and Autumn period and Warring States period, it was under the jurisdiction of Yanmen county to the jurisdiction of Datong government in Qing Dynasty. The nomads in the North coveted the Central Plains for a long time, and most of the military attacks moved southward from the Hetao area. Thus, in the Ming Dynasty, Datong not only became one of the important towns on the nine sides, but also the commanding Department of Shanxi provincial capital was set up in Datong in the fifth year of Hongwu. In the seventh year of Yongle, the chief garrison officer was set up as the highest commander of the town, Datong is an important military town.

清初顺治帝入关后，于顺治二年设立宝同局，显而易见同局设立正是受明代军事重镇影响，从军饷发放及经济稳定而言必须保证铸币连续性。康熙继位后延续该局，史载康熙元年同局开始铸造背满汉文同局，不久停铸，康熙六年复开，直到康熙十年关停。康熙通宝宝同局在地方局中属于存在时间很短的局，主要是与当年保证军饷所用有极大的关系，再加之处于康熙早年，其铸币整体铸工为康熙地方局中上品。同局普版一般直径27+.厚度1.2左右，直径过28不多见，就版别品种而言相对其它局少，相对罕见版别价位较高。

In the early Qing Dynasty, Emperor Shunzhi set up Baotong Bureau in the second year of Shunzhi. It is obvious that the establishment of Baotong Bureau was influenced by the important military town of Ming Dynasty. In terms of military payment and economic stability, the continuity of coinage must be ensured. After Kangxi succeeded to the throne, it was continued. According to historical records, in the first year of Kangxi's reign, the same bureau began to be cast with Chinese characters on its back, and it stopped soon. In the sixth year of Kangxi's reign, it was reopened until it was shut down in the tenth year of Kangxi's reign. Tongbaotong Bureau of Kangxi had existed for a short time in the local bureau, which was mainly related to the guarantee of military pay in those years. In addition, in the early years of Kangxi, the overall coinage of tongbaotong Bureau of Kangxi was the best of the local bureau of Kangxi. The common version of the same Bureau has a diameter of 27 + and a thickness of about 1.2, and the diameter of more than 28 is rare. As far as the varieties of the edition are concerned, they are relatively rare and the price of the edition is relatively high.
