此枚云南省造光绪元宝库平三钱六分钱币，正面以珠圈为界，可分为内外两个部分，钱币珠圈内铸“光绪元宝”四字，上环“云南省造”四字，下环“库平三钱六分”，左右两端饰有星花，字体端庄清秀，笔画圆润饱满；钱币背面是蟠龙图，蟠龙为长须龙，纹路如刀刻所成，龙身纹路精美，该藏品虽历经岁月的磨痕，但字体、纹路依然清晰可见，工艺精湛，纹饰优美，有着很不错的收藏价值。
