一百单八将，指四大名著之一《水浒传》中梁山泊上的一百零八头领，由天罡星三十六员和地煞星七十二员组成。这一百零八人性格各异，各有所长，结局不同，是我国文学史上的经典人物群像。其小说《水浒传》同时也是刻画人物最多的小说之一。
