正面中央珠圈内为唐继尧免冠浅浮雕头像，珠圈外两侧菊花枝叶向上环绕珠圈，上缘镌刻“军务院抚军长唐”7字；背面，中央珠圈内交叉双旗纹饰，分别为十八星军旗和五色国旗，珠圈外，上缘书“拥护共和纪念”6字，以示纪地，下缘书“库平三钱六分”六字，以示纪值。上下缘其间左右各列四角小星花为纹饰点缀其间。极美品，收藏价值极大。
