云南省造光绪元宝”，俗称“云南龙洋”，因银元背面一般铸有龙纹而得名。因清代以来经历了多场战争，龙纹光绪元宝损失严重，至今，数量已经极其有限，因而具有无法言喻的艺术收藏价值。这枚云南省造光绪元宝库平三钱六分钱币，重13.1g，直径33.3mm，正面以珠圈为界，可分为内外两个部分，钱币珠圈内铸“光绪元宝”四字，上环“云南省造”四字，下环“库平三钱六分”，左右两端饰有四点星花，字体端庄清秀，笔画圆润饱满；钱币背是蟠龙图，蟠龙为长须龙，纹路如刀刻所成，龙身纹路精美。
