藏品介绍：贵州龙生活在距今2.2亿年－2.3亿年的三迭纪中期，是半海生古爬行类动物。属贵州龙科，贵州龙属。根据其个体一般为20厘米左右，头骨较小，呈三角形。眼眶大而圆，吻部小而尖，牙齿尖而圆;颈部细长，颈椎的椎体后部宽于前部;背椎比颈椎粗壮，肋骨末端稍尖，四肢尚原始，没有近化为鳍脚等独特特征，命名为新属--贵州龙属。为纪念胡承志的发现，继又命名为新种"胡氏贵州龙"。贵州龙有着重要的科学研究和文物价值，主要分布于我省（云南）曲靖市富源、罗平两县与贵州省兴义市交接的地方。

Guizhou Dragon lived in the middle Triassic period from 220 million to 230 million years ago. It is a semi-marine paleoreptile. It belongs to Guizhou Dragonaceae and Guizhou Dragonaceae.
