瓷胎画珐琅是清代皇室自用瓷器中最具特色,釉上彩瓷中最为精美的彩瓷器。从康熙的色浓庄重至雍正的清淡素雅,到乾隆时的精密繁复的雍荣华贵,使珐琅,这一洋味十足的彩料在瓷器上得到淋漓尽致的发挥。集中西风韵于一身,画尽了皇家身份的高贵与荣华。乾隆珐琅彩瓷是清代康,雍,乾三代珐琅彩瓷中最为精美的巅峰之作,具有古典美的乾隆仕女游园罐是其代表。

 珐琅彩是一种非常名贵的釉上彩,为釉上彩之冠。珐琅彩瓷是清康熙朝中晚期时,将西洋金属胎画珐琅的珐琅彩料,移植到瓷胎上的一个的创举。“清三代”珐琅彩瓷制作十分考究,除预制的上等精细素瓷在景德镇御窑厂按宫廷出样的烧制外,其余的工艺全部在北京的宫廷内务府造办处进行,雍正六年起,始有自制珐琅彩料。珐琅彩瓷器从创烧到衰落都只局限于宫廷之中供皇室使用,是“庶民弗得一窥”的御用品。“清三代”珐琅彩瓷均由宫廷画师彩绘,极费工时,兼之其成本极高,产量不多,多为小件器。没有大的器物造型,绝大多数是盘、碗、杯、瓶、盒、壶,其中碗、盘最多,只是每一品种都有不同的变化。珐琅彩瓷器在胎质的制作方面是非常讲究的。在清代,由于乾隆皇帝喜爱西洋时尚,因而在瓷器上出现了具有西方绘画风格特点的花纹图案。 制作珐琅彩料器极为费工,先在景德镇官窑中烧制呈精美的素胎,再送至宫廷,由宫廷画师画珐琅彩后,在宫中第二次入窑,用低温炉,在600—800度轰烤而成。在白如羊脂玉的素胎上,用各色珐琅彩绘出花卉、花鸟、草虫,皆用工笔画成。清代中期达到绘画烧制的最高水平,非寻常百姓所拥有。因其工艺复杂,成本较高,为皇家宫廷御用。

在历代瓷器中,珐琅彩瓷被喻为“官窑中的官窑”,所以在现在收藏市场上炙手可热。由于珐琅彩器是专供宫廷皇室玩赏之用,不得向外流失,故而数量特少,收藏者很少人可见到此类珍稀品。纵观近二十年的中国古代艺术品拍卖市场,瓷器价格节节攀升,屡创新高。而珐琅彩的高贵出身,意味着珐琅彩流传到民间的数量非常有限,但是经过漫长的历史,也让很多不可能的事充满变数。它的艺术价值和历史价值都是无可估量的。
