藏品为贵州省政府造贵州银币，藏品直径为3.9厘米。该银币正面珠圈内是“贵州银币”四字，中心为“芙蓉花”，上环“中华民国十七年”，两侧小花。而该银币背面珠圈内是在草地上行驶的汽车图案，公路旁草叶组成“西成”二字暗记。汽车前轮12根辐条，寓意一年平安吉祥、如意发达。上下分环“贵州省政府造”、“七钱二分”，两侧小花。此组钱币保存完好，钱币上面的图文清晰可见，十分难得。

轿车银币锻造后仅一年随着周西成死去，政权更迭，轿车银币流转失掉可依靠的政权力气。轿车银币流转时间过短，流转规模很窄，留存天然不多。后来，该银币多被持有者兑换给有关部门毁掉，或以自行锻造银器等方法毁掉。即便因种种原因其时未被毁掉的，也在随后的政治运动及收缴中被毁掉，使其存量日益稀疏，变成珍品。

此枚钱币为金币，更是稀有，具有极高的收藏价值和市场价值。
