1966，1965年全国通用粮票，有很好的群众基础，很多人认识粮票，就是从这张粮票开始的。它还有一个票证之最，就是使用年限最长，从1965年发行，到1993年粮票退出流通领域，前后共29年的使用时间。全国通用粮票，故名思义，就是在全国范围内可以通用，而省级粮票，只能在本省使用，当时如果要到外地跨省份出差，要把省级粮票换成全国通用粮票，才可凭着全国通用粮票吃饭。也正因为这样，全国通用粮票，在老百姓的心中扎下了根，票证年代，拥有全国通用粮票，和现在人拥有钞票一样底气十足，收藏界有一条不变的法则，就是物以稀为贵，越是稀少的东西，越是贵重。孤品，更是难得。
