 插票册供集藏邮票用的簿册，又称邮票插册、集邮册。插票册一般用较厚的纸板制成,,内有固定的插票页；在插票页上嵌有用玻璃纸或透明胶片做成的插槽，供插放邮票用。因邮票能在插票册内随意插入、提取，故集邮者多作为暂时存放邮票使用。这种邮票插册，遇气候潮湿或在亚热带地区使用，邮票背胶极易与插票页粘连；无法提取；或致使邮票发霉。若遇插槽透明胶片材质低劣，也易使邮票出现化学反映。因此，制作插票册的材料必须讲究，以不损坏邮票品相为选材标准。同时，存放时需要通风、防潮。与插票册同一类型的，尚有小型张、明信片、首日封插册。插票册的形式，分固定式和活页式两种。

小型张插册:专门为保存小型张设计制作的邮票插册。分册式和簿式。册式的插票槽可插放小型张，也可插四联或多联票，国外称联票簿。
　　首日封插册:专门为保存首日封设计制作的插册。每个插票槽或袋的尺寸同于一枚标准信封。适应信封规格的有普通首日封插册、大号首日封插册及双联首日封插册等。
