酱釉又称:“柿色釉,紫金釉”,是一种以铁为呈色剂的高温色釉,其釉料中含氧化铁和氧化亚铁的总量较高,达5%以上。酱釉瓷器与青瓷、黑瓷一样有着悠久的历史。在酱釉瓷漫长的发展历程中,不同时期、不同地域、不同窑场所烧造的酱釉瓷器也各不相同,自成体系。清代是酱釉瓷器发展的巅峰时期,并因皇帝的青睐而成为景德镇御窑厂专门生产的仿古釉色品种之一。

清代酱釉瓷器是景德镇御窑厂专门生产的仿古釉色品种之一。此时的酱釉瓷器釉面润亮,闪烁着金属般的光泽,好似紫金包镶一般,因此谓之“紫金釉”。紫金釉几乎成了清代酱釉瓷器的代名词。清雍正十三年(1735年)唐英撰《陶成纪事》有载:“一仿紫金釉,有红、黄两种。”清代自康熙一朝起,紫金釉墩式碗遂成为官窑定式,一直延续至宣统朝才告终。

and yellow imitations of purple and gold glaze." Since the Kangxi Dynasty in the Qing Dynasty, the purple and gold glazed bowl has become the official kiln style, which lasted until the Xuantong Dynasty.

明曹昭《格古要论》中“有紫定色紫,有黑定色黑如漆,土具白,其价高于白定”的论述。所谓紫定并非紫色,其釉呈棕红色,实际上与今天芝麻酱色调相近的釉,故而得名。康熙瓷器被公认为清代瓷器之首,康熙一朝历经61年,是清代鼎盛时期,经济、文化空前发展,就瓷器而言,无论胎质、制作工艺、画工等诸多方面都十分讲究,所以康熙瓷器历来被收藏者视为珍品。

In terms of porcelain, no matter in terms of quality, production technology, painting and many other aspects, Kangxi porcelain has always been regarded as a treasure by collectors.

釉色为酱色、褐红色、赭色、柿红色的瓷器的通称。酱釉瓷器是在青瓷基础上出现的,它的呈色是釉料中含有较多的氧化亚铁决定的。当釉料含氧化亚铁达到5%左右时,釉呈米黄色;氧化亚铁为8%左右,为赤褐色、暗褐色;如果烧成温度比烧黑瓷高30——50度,釉色就成为酱褐色、芝麻酱色,而且稳定精美。酱釉瓷和黑瓷工艺原理基本一样,只是要求有较高的温度。古代烧瓷由于窑炉结构和烧窑技术的限制,提高温度不容易,所以酱釉瓷出现比青瓷、白瓷、黑瓷略晚。白色的胎体,精细的制作工艺,像熟透的红柿子般的釉色。

Glaze color is the general name for porcelain of soy, maroon, ochre and persimmon. Sauce glaze porcelain appears on the basis

of celadon, and its color is determined by more ferrous oxide in the glaze. When the content of ferrous oxide in the glaze reaches about 5%, the glaze is beige; the content of ferrous oxide is about 8%, which is reddish brown and dark brown; if the firing temperature is 30-50 degrees higher than that of black porcelain, the glaze color will be sauce brown and sesame brown, stable and exquisite. The processing principle of paste glaze porcelain is basically the same as that of black porcelain, but it requires a higher temperature. Due to the limitation of kiln structure and firing technology, it is not easy to raise the temperature of ancient porcelain, so the appearance of paste glazed porcelain is slightly later than celadon, white porcelain and black porcelain.
