此藏品是吉林省光绪元宝库平七钱二分银币，正面中央镌“光绪元宝”字样围绕一花篮，上镌“吉林省造”，下为币值“库平七钱二分”，左右为干支纪年“壬寅”；背面中央有蟠龙，称“龙洋”，上镌“KIRIN PROVINCE”，下镌“7 CANDARINS 2”，存世量稀少，品相保存极佳，制作十分精密，纹饰，字体清晰可见，极具收藏价值。
