邮票也是供寄递邮件贴用的邮资凭证，一般由主权国家发行。邮票的方寸空间，常体现一个国家或地区的历史、科技、经济、文化、风土人情、自然风貌等特色，这让邮票除了邮政价值之外还有收藏价值。邮票也是某些国家或地区重要财源来源。收藏邮票的爱好叫集邮。

90--99年都属于九十年代，这十年是中国邮票发行量最大的十年，随着中国改革开放以后，经济发展迅猛，对于一些老收藏家而言，千金难买心头好，此拍品一套共百余枚，实属难得。

90... ... ... 99, both of which were in the 1990s, was the decade with the largest stamp circulation in China. 邮票的诞生，是由于邮资的征收对象的改变：不再是收信人，而是发件人付费。这是一种“预付模式”（先付费后使用）。而且邮资的费用可以因此而降低，收费也变得简单起来，通信因此走入寻常百姓家。

邮票的雏形最早出现于17世纪中叶。1653年，法国国王路易十四把在巴黎地区开办邮政的物权赐给维拉叶。维拉叶在巴黎设立了“小邮局”，还在街道设立了邮政信箱，每天收取、投递信件。维拉叶采用一种名为邮资付讫证的标签，出信给用户。寄信人把邮资付讫证套在或贴在信封上，写明寄信日期，把信件放入信箱。邮局收取信件以后便把邮资付讫证撕毁，然后把信件投送给收信人。这种邮 资付讫证的标签，可说是邮票的前身。这种标签随用随撕毁，没有流传下来。

The rudiments of stamps first appeared in the middle of the 17th century. 1653, King Louie of France, granted Verlaye the right to open a post office in the Paris area. Villarreal set up a "small post office" in Paris, but also set up the streets of the post office box, every day to receive and deliver mail. Villarreal uses a label called a prepaid card to send letters to users. The sender puts the postage paid certificate on or affixed to the envelope, lists the date of posting, and places the letter in the mailbox. After the post office receives the letter, it tears up the postage paid certificate and delivers it to the recipient. This stamp, the postage-paid label, can be said to be the predecessor of stamps. The label was torn off at the drop of a hat and was not handed down.
