李海涛，男、汉族，1965年9月生于黑龙江，齐白石第四代弟子，自幼喜欢书法、绘画，少年时期曾多次获得全国青少年书画大奖。1982年参军，在军中获“八一军中书画大赛”二等奖，荣立三等功2次。

Li Haitao, male and Han nationality, was born in Heilongjiang Province in September 1965. He is the fourth generation disciple of Qi Baishi. He loved calligraphy and painting since he was a child. He won many National Youth Calligraphy and painting awards in his youth. He joined the army in 1982 and won the second prize of "August 1st military calligraphy and painting competition" and won the third class merit twice.

获奖经历：

2011年元月2日,作品入选中国新农村文化工程《献王书画院书法绘画作品展》该作品同时被本院收藏。

2013年8月，被录入《文化部文化艺术人才中心高级人才库》。

2014年1月，经中国国家诗书画院组委会、中国国学协会编委会、世界华文诗词学会评委会有关专家严格评定,其作品被评为(国家文艺大奖银奖),同时被授予《世界文化名人》荣誉称号。

2014年6月，荣获“中国爱心公益创新精英奖”。

2014年9月，作品《虾戏图》在“中央国家机关廉政文化建设书画邀请展组委会”展出,荣获《书画艺术特别贡献奖》。

Award winning experience:

On January 2, 2011, the work was selected into the calligraphy and painting exhibition of Xianwang calligraphy and painting academy, a new rural cultural project in China. The work was also collected by the Academy.

In August 2013, it was included in the senior talent pool of culture and art talent center of the Ministry of culture.

In January 2014, after strict evaluation by relevant experts from the Organizing Committee of the National Academy of poetry, calligraphy and painting of China, the editorial board of China Sinology Association and the jury of the world Chinese poetry society, his works were awarded the silver medal of the national literature and Art Award and the honorary title of world cultural celebrity.

In June 2014, it was awarded the "China Charity innovation Elite Award".

In September 2014, the work shrimp opera was exhibited in the Organizing Committee of the calligraphy and Painting Invitation Exhibition for the construction of clean government culture in central government organs, and won the special contribution award for calligraphy and painting art.

2015年4月，被授予“国家文化人物”荣誉称号。

2015年10月，被授予“中国书画非物质文化遗产功勋人物”荣誉称号。

2015年12月，被授予“仁爱公益宣传大使”,特颁发“孝心奉献奖”。

2017年，作品“百虾图”被北京市人民政府收藏。曾多次获全国大奖，其作品也被香港、日本、韩国、加拿大、泰国等国际友人收藏！

Mr. Li Haitao's calligraphy aesthetic strokes, structures and shapes seek lasting appeal and bear human taste. They fully demonstrate the writer's open-minded and charm. He pursues simplicity, emptiness and boldness. The final shape of the calligraphy is either leaning or positive, or heavy or light, which has the beauty of "coming like thunder to stop the fury".
