梅,花中四君子之一,傲而不俗。其色分红白及绿,另有蜡梅,色黄如蜡,香气浓郁,虽自成科属,其风韵却与梅有异曲同工之妙。梅寿可逾千载,枝干虬曲,身姿苍古,其芳愈寒愈媚,临风寒劲挺傲然铁骨,遇冰雪更添飘然风仪,为历代文人雅客所喜爱。明代李渔曾论赏梅之无奈:“风送香来,香来而寒亦至;雪助花妍,雪冻而花亦冻”。吾以为:梅不畏寒乃出自天然,而寒香俱来更是造化奇绝,踏雪寻梅,呵气凝香,满目娇色,风雅至致哉!
