关金劵是"海关金单位兑换券"的简称，为国民党统治时期中国海关收税的计算单位。关金券发行之初，正面为国父孙中山像，印有地名和"凭票即付"等字样，背面图样为上海海关大楼，均为直型。

关金券实际上是“海关金单位兑换券”的简称,是一种国民党统治时期缴纳关税专用的纸币，其发行以中央银行名义发行。1929年,世界金价飞涨,银价暴跌，国民党政府为了保证关税收入,决定海关征收金币,从1931年至1948年,国民党政府先后发行47种关金券代替法定货币流通,面额从拾分到贰拾伍万元不等。1948年8月19日,国民党政府实行所谓“币制改革”,宣布废除法币和关金券,发行金圆券,关金券停止流通,正式作废。而当时，一批刚印好的拾圓面额的关金券还来不及上市就作废了,因此,比较罕见,有一定收藏价值，这些关金券摆放在一起，能够深刻反反映出民国时期所经历的严重的通货膨胀情形。然而，由于历史原因，文革期间有大量的民国钞币被视为“四旧”而遭到查抄和焚毁，民国纸币长期被大家所忽略。不过近来年，随着收藏市场行情高起，民国纸币也逐渐回到大众视野，市场表现颇为亮眼，升值潜力值得挖掘。

由于历史原因,文革期间大量的民国钞币被视为‘四旧’而遭到查抄和焚毁,民国纸币一直被大家所忽略。近年来,随着前三套人民币的不断升值,民国钞也在不断升温。”淡马锡总经理向记者介绍,2010年11月,民国钞中的大名誉品中央银行壹圆“红牌坊”,在新加坡拍卖出353760元,到2011年5月,在香港更卖出1112700元高价,成为民国纸币单枚拍卖价，著名拍卖公司嘉德,分别于2009年和2010年拍出了两组民国纸币,价格合计达到了512.88万元。由此可见,民国纸币逐渐受到市场重视,升值潜力大。
