　　辛亥革命胜利后，由其主要领导者孙中山先生组阁成立了国民政府，孙中山就任中华国民政府的临时大总统，针对当时货币款样多元化的混乱局面，孙中山倡导铸造属于中华民国的机制币，这种钱币因为流通时间较少，流通区域受限，所以它的传世量极少，再加上时代的变迁，使货币受损或遗失，更使其珍贵和罕见。

　　民国成立后，铜元仍继续大量流通使用。1914年，铜元正式改称“铜币”，民国发行的铜币与清最大的区别是龙纹被换成了由稻穗组成的嘉禾纹。各省铸造的铜元大多为两面叉的国旗图案，并有“开国纪念币”或“中华民国铜币”字样。

　　此枚钱币重量：6.34g，直径：2.82cm，钱币正面珠圈内镌交叉五色旗与铁血十八星旗，珠圈外上环书楷体“中华民国”四字、下环书“开国纪念币”四字，字体端庄工整，挺拔清秀，十分清晰，左右两端长之花饰之。背面珠圈内图案为稻穗组成的嘉禾纹，上下边缘环英文。面值十文，此币乃采用优质铜材料精制而成，钱币保存完整，有自然磨损痕迹，包浆自然醇厚，具有很高的收藏价值。藏品设计精美，做工精细，纹饰丰富，布局合理，层次鲜明，线条流畅优雅，工艺纯熟精湛，艺术价值较高。

　　由于双旗币发生于民国时期，民国在中国历史上仅仅存在了几十年的时间，因而，在兵荒马乱的年月，钱币在履历了无限的岁月之后，仍然可以完好地保留下来，实属不易，具有很高的文物珍藏价值、历史文化价值以及艺术品鉴价值。虽说民国时期的钱币版本较多，但能够珍藏到这种正面镌刻有“十文”楷体字、反面印制着“中华民国”双面旌旗的全真纪念币，也在当今的藏品市场中着实不多见。此枚铜币现存世量极少，具有很高的收藏和投资价值。

　　The coin weighs 6.34g and has a diameter of 2.82cm. The front bead circle is marked with a cross-colored flag and an Iron-blooded 18-star flag. The outer bead circle is marked with four characters of the upper ring script "Republic of China" and the lower ring script "Founding Commemorative Coin". The font is elegant and neat. It is very clear and has a long flower ornament at both ends. The pattern in the back bead circle is Jiahe grain composed of rice panicles, and the upper and lower edges of the bead circle are in English. This coin is made of high quality copper. It is well preserved, with natural wear and tear marks, and its pulp is naturally mellow. It has a high collection value.
