此枚铜币品相完好，包浆自然。钱币正面珠圈内铸“大清铜币”四字，上缘铸满文“大清铜币”，左右分列干支纪年“己酉”，字体端正工整，珠圈外下缘铸币值“当制钱二十文”。钱币背面中央铸有一条栩栩如生的蟠龙，雕刻工艺精湛，深浅分明，龙身纹路精细，并有云海衬托，威风凛凛，尽显皇家威严，珠圈外上缘铸有“宣统年造”字样，英文环绕周围，端庄优雅。钱币正面可见满汉文化的融合，背面则是中西文化的融合，钱币虽小，但真实的反应了该时期鲜明的文化特色,具有一定的收藏价值和升值空间。
