武陵王玉圭在我国至少也有3000多年的悠久历史,是我国玉文化的部分主体内容,是中华民族文化宝库中的珍贵遗产和艺术瑰宝,具有极其深厚的文化底蕴。我国是世界历史上惟一将玉与人性相融的国家。《诗经》之中,便有这样的说法：言念君子,温其如玉。孔子除认为“君子比德与玉”外,更明确的提出了“玉德”之说,认为玉如君子,有十一德。春秋之后的历朝历代,见诸于古籍的玉德说法多样,大抵有十一德、九德、五德等多种说法。

 

 

玉圭，古玉器名。古代帝王、诸侯朝聘、祭祀、丧葬时所用的玉制礼器。为瑞信之物。长条形，上尖下方，也作“珪”。形制大小，因爵位及用途不同而异。周代墓中常有发现。

 

此藏品为罕见精品武陵王上圭，正面有文曰 “武陵王上圭”，圭上方有 “皇帝”二字，下面有“大秦始皇帝制”五字。背面上方有一圆圈，内有“福寿”二字，中间有一车马图案，下方有四行共二十八字铭文。正背两面字体皆为篆书。初看似石上错银文，书体甚美，为上等佳品。玉圭纹理极为优美，玉面精致，呈现出自然奔放、热情活泼的艺术效果。就仿佛是一幅油画，美得动人心魄，是众多大收藏家最为钟爱的藏品。

“武陵王上圭”温润的玉材均不作任何人为沁色，规整的器形端庄雅致，充分体现了当时的审美趣味，设计优雅大气，是皇室御用之物象征，是绝世宝物，收藏价值极高。

This collection is a rare boutique of shanggui, the king of Wuling. On the front is the inscription "shanggui, the king of Wuling". There is a cart and horse pattern in the middle, and there are four lines of 28 characters inscriptions at the bottom. The characters on both sides of the front back are seal script. At the beginning, it seemed that there were some silver inscriptions on the stone. The calligraphy style was very beautiful, which was the best.
