大明宣德虽然存在只有10年，但却生产了非常精美的瓷器官窑精品，其中最著名的就是宣德斗彩贲巴壶，斗彩初创于明宣德年间，是一种以釉下青花勾线，再以釉上彩绘填彩的方法。
