《十二生肖帝王珐琅宝玺》是万年玉雕工艺、生肖文化、帝王历史与现代文化艺术融合的精粹。它以历史记载的十二位帝王之玺、圆明园国宝十二兽首为原型，邀请国家玉雕大师仵海洲、著名篆刻大师邓散木技艺传承人邓星奇，根据故宫珍藏历代帝王印鉴、帝王画像资料和圆明园十二兽首资料，历经一年，反复揣摩、精心设计，终于得以复原功。

宝玺长宽各3厘米，玺基高6厘米，总高12厘米。总重3.6公斤。宝玺基座为十二种玉石所制。四面分别刻有帝王画像和丰功伟绩、 及所对应的生肖图案。基座顶部装饰四朵珐琅彩祥云。龙钮为端坐于聚宝盆中的圆明园十二兽首。兽首眼睛共镶嵌二十四颗顶级宝石。宝玺底部刻有帝王年号。
