『中华书画藏宝于民工程』是 由中国美术家书画院、将军书画院、中国收藏联合会共同发起的一项利民工程，志在推动和促进文化繁荣。 为响应国家提出的文化兴国这一伟大号召，使中华书画珍品藏宝于民。我院联合国内多家权威书画院和收藏机构，邀请了四位近当代画坛宗师再传弟子，四位大师历 时一年，倾心绘制出四大画派和大师最具代表性佳作集结成册，面向社会公开发行。切实落实了藏宝于民工程的宗旨，获得了海内外文化界，以及国家文化、文物机 构领导和专家的一致好评。“中华书画藏宝于民工程”三期项目《国宝国画四大家真迹合集》耀世而生。

马在新，中华书画藏宝于民工程理事，齐白石再传弟子。湖南潜江人，1947年生，字推之，诗书画世家。花鸟画受教于娄师白、黄猇 、刘荫祥等当代名家，现为中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员。马在新先后于中国美术馆、深圳、荆州、潜江等地多次举办个人画展和联展。作品在《国画 家》、《中国书画 报》、《中国美术报》《艺术与收藏》、《中国青年报》、《深圳特区报》等报刊发表。《马在新画集》由天津人民美术出版社出版发行。湖北人民广播电台、湖北 卫视、荆州电视台专题专栏报导。其被收入《跨世纪著名书画家大典》、《著名书画家大辞典》等。现为湖北省书画研究会理事、中流印社副社长、深圳市篆刻研究 会副会长等。作品被国内多家博物馆和艺术机构收藏，北京瀚海等多家拍卖机构曾公开拍卖过其作品多幅。 

Ma Zaixin, director of Chinese calligraphy and painting project, Qi Baishi's disciple. Born in 1947 in Qianjiang, Hunan Province, he is a family of poetry, calligraphy and painting. Flower and bird painting was taught by Lou Shibai, Huang Zhen, Liu Yinxiang and other contemporary masters. Now he is a member of China Artists Association and Chinese Calligrapher Association. Ma Zaixin has held several individual and joint exhibitions in China Art Museum, Shenzhen, Jingzhou, Qianjiang and other places. His works have been published in Chinese painters, Chinese calligraphy and painting newspaper, China fine arts newspaper, art and collection, China Youth Daily, Shenzhen Special Zone News, etc. Ma Zaixin's paintings was published by Tianjin People's fine arts publishing house. Special column report from Hubei people's radio station, Hubei satellite TV and Jingzhou TV station. It has been included in "cross century famous calligraphers and painters dictionary", "famous calligraphers and painters dictionary" and so on. 张立佳作品大气磅礴，技法娴熟，多次参加国家级大型书画展览，部分作品被有关单 位收藏，并出版个人专辑。曾在日本中国书画展、文化部主办的“国际中国画展暨大赛”、“孔子诞辰2550年书画大展”、文化部“中国当代书画百家辉煌成就 展”等各类大赛和展览中屡获金银奖项。作品在国内书画拍卖市场颇受欢迎，并被各类文化艺术馆和私人收藏家收藏。中华书画藏宝于民工程理事 ，大师张大千再传弟子。河北雄县人，自幼酷爱习画，曾从师梁树年。中国美术家协会会员，中艺书画院副院长。文化部中国书画百家传承艺术家。

张鸿旭 ，中华书画藏宝于民工程理事黑龙江齐齐哈尔人，著名画家，国画大师黄胄再传弟子。国画世家，其舅父为著名画家杨秀坤，现任中国华侨画院副院长。被评为“中国画 坛百杰”。中国当代丹顶鹤绘画第一人，作品多以丹顶鹤为主，对丹顶鹤的刻画入木三分无人能及。现任中国 华侨画院副院长、中国华侨文学艺术家协会理事、澳中文联理事、清 华大学美术学院访问学者。作品多次在国内外举办联展、个展等多种展览,并由毛主席纪念堂、中央直属管理局、中国集邮总公司、中国佛教协会江苏能仁寺等部门 机构及私人收藏，曾出版《张鸿旭画集》，系《新时期文艺三十年》介绍的68位美术大家之一。为《文艺报》推荐的“中国画坛百杰”之一。

李成军，中华书画藏宝于民工程理事徐悲鸿再传弟子。山东人，1971年生人，字马痴。曾师从当代绘画大师冯法祀。自幼习画，尤善画马。被誉为中国画马第一人，曾荣获中国画马圣手称号。现任将军书画院副院长，济南艺术学院教授。李 成军多年来一直对徐悲鸿的画马技法潜心研究，手摩心追二十余载，从师于国际鸿马研究会主席冯法祀指教，画 艺精湛。曾在济南“悲鸿走天下”全国巡回展，中日书画大展等各种国内国际大赛中屡获金银奖项。作品被国内外众多博物馆、艺术馆及私人收藏家收藏。其作品获 笔墨灵动，造型严谨，神骏气昂，深得其徐悲鸿大师画马精髓。

Li Chengjun, director of Chinese calligraphy and painting project, Xu Beihong's disciple. Shandong people, born in 1971, the word Ma Chi.
