刘海青,国家一级美术师,张大千再传弟子,画风师承胡若思、李可染,中国国务外事国宾礼特供艺术家,中国当代水墨山水大家。现任文华阁国礼书画院副院长,中国书画艺术研究院终身研究员,中国书画艺术研究会理事,中国华夏万里书画家协会理事,中华慈善总会爱心慈善大使。

2013年作作品《春山揽胜》被钓鱼台国宾馆收藏；2014年作品《道法自自然》被道教协会收藏；2015年作作品《春夏秋冬》四条屏被军事博物馆收藏；2016年作作品《长城万里展宏图》被天安门城楼收；2017年《长城万里》被天安门国旗护卫队收藏；2017年被聘为荣宝斋专职画家。
