该枚钱币为浙江省造光绪元宝当十，正面中央为“光绪元宝”，左右两边各一字为满文铸局，中心烙有梅花纹饰，外环珠圈，上缘文字 “浙江省造”。下缘纪值文字为“当十”；背面中央铸龙图及火龙珠，威风凛凛，龙眼炯炯有神，无其它纹饰。藏品虽经历了无穷岁月，但纹路依然清晰可见，也见证了其历史的积淀，具有非常明显的历史过渡性特征，有着难以言喻的价值。古钱币极具观赏性与历史价值，因此古钱币如同其他古玩一样被藏家们所青睐。中国最早的机制洋式银元为光绪年间的“光绪元宝”，俗称“龙洋”，因银元背面一般铸有龙纹而得名。珍稀古钱币是货币历史的实物，由于早已不在流通领域，留存下来的亦少之极少，更是历史的见证。

The coin is made in Guangxu Yuanbao of Zhejiang Province, and the center of the front is “Guangxu Yuanbao”. The words on both sides are Manchu Casting Bureau.
